A combined sports hall and skills centre. The sports hall is a four badminton sized hall with cricket bays. Adjacent amenities include store rooms and two changing rooms for 30. It is adjoined by the Construction Skills Centre which comprises 600 sq.m of workshop space with a mezzanine of 400 sq.m. for further workspace,
classrooms and offices.
